SmartPuller dent pulling machine enables the dent pulling of almost any area throughout the vehicle body in all needed directions. It is a new and unique auto dent repair system made by Autorobot. This new innovation makes the repairing of vehicle panels and box structures faster and more economical.
Our dent puller enables the dent repair of vehicle front parts, box structures, side structures, rear end, rear corners, roof structures and car doors. When stronger pull is needed, double pull can be used to create more pulling power.
Why SmartPuller dent puller system is superior compared to other dent pulling kits?
According to the information from the insurance companies, approximately 80% of all damages are surface panel ones. The surface damage often appears on the box structures which cannot be repaired from inside of the car.
An exterior straightening with the use of SmartPuller means remarkable saving to working time because the doors and other body structures will not need to be disassembled and reassembled. Pulling a dent - how does it work?
Using the dent pulling system is made easy with SmartPuller.
An easy use of the equipment has been achieved with the movable stand with the wheels and the adjustable support pads.
Compact structure of SmartPuller enables very easy use. Equipment needed for support and dent pulling can be adjusted to correct height, where they stay without holding. Autorobot SmartPuller needs a spot welder for fixing the washers or welding wire to the area to be pulled.
The speciality of SmartPuller is its ability to pull dents almost all over the body in all needed directions.

After this, the pulling screw (C) has been adjusted to the place that is to be pulled. The actual pulling is done with the crank handle (D). A grapple such as welding wire for pulling, pulling gripper or glue tab adapter can be attached to the holder on the end of the screw (E), based on the kind of target area to be pulled.
The straightening support (1) of SmartPuller is placed on the strong body area to achieve the best possible dent pulling result. Dent pulling direction can be freely chosen.
The straightening support is easily adjustable in the vertical beam (2) as well as adjusting the straightening rubber pads downwards, which allows straightening pull to the right direction. Choosing stepless pulling line speeds up the straightening.
When SmartPuller Silver set is equipped with Gripping multihook heads A-11+3, dent pulling can be performed simultaneously on a large area. This makes e.g. the straightening of long dent faster (see the picture).

Double pull method
For the targets needing stronger pulling power, double pull with two pulling screws* can be used. The possibility for double pull enables wider usage area of SmartPuller for even more demanding repair jobs. The force of two pulling screws is over 1000 kg/2205 lbs. That much pulling power often is sufficient for the targets shown in the pictures below.

Vehicle front and front parts
Rubber pads (C) equipped with adjustment and located in the vertical beam (B) of SmartPuller enable fast straightening support. This allows various dent pulling jobs without the need to mount the vehicle onto the collision repair system.
Vehicle front parts
Dent pulling of vehicle front parts performed by installing the upper support e.g. to vehicle front panel or to McPherson fastening pillar and by installing the lower support as shown in the picture.
The possibility for double pull enables wider usage area of SmartPuller for even more demanding dent pulling jobs. In the picture you can see in use a second pulling screw set including gripper (available as accessory).
SmartPuller technology enables e.g. dent pulling of box structures to all needed directions. The structure of adjustable rubber pads allow them to take a shape that will not damage the supporting area. For more demanding dent pulling it is possible to use two pulling screws. For the targets that have little pulling space only, a short pulling screw (A) can be used (see pictures 2 and 4).
Rear end and rear corners
By using a telescope tower (1) for dent pulling of vehicle rear end, you can get upper support (2) to a strong area. This enables choosing the best possible straightening line in height and width directions. Dent pulling will take place with one or two pulling screws.
The second gripper H31+ and pulling screw A-11+1 are available as accessories.
Dent pulling of numerous vehicle corner damages succeeds when using for upper support the beam (B), on the end of which an aluminium angle piece (C) is to be placed. To angle piece (C), you will attach Gripper H31+ and the gripper is fastened to the frame of the rear part.

Car door dent repair
Handling a car door can be difficult task especially working with heavier vehicle door types.
Additional Set of car door handling makes dent pulling of vehicle doors very easy, e.g. when changing doors. Placing the door is easy when you can adjust the door height with screw (A).
Easy height adjustments for easy door handling
in the upper holder (C) the frame of the car door can be raised or lowered in padded holder when adjusting the height. The lower holder (B) of the car door handling set is equipped with padding, which allows the set to be used also with painted doors.
The picture above shows how SmartPuller additional set functions in handling heavy vehicle doors, where multifunctional holder is used to press from the upper frame of the door.
